A Clear, Efficient Workflow From
Initial Review to Final Delivery
Our process is built to keep projects moving smoothly and to maintain consistency from one stage to the next. With design, tooling, molding, and secondary operations all in the same facility, we maintain tight control over quality, communication, and timelines. Each step is structured to reduce risk and support reliable production.
1. Design Review
Every project begins with a focused evaluation of your part. We look at geometry, material selection, and manufacturability to identify any adjustments that could improve performance or simplify production. This step helps establish a solid foundation before tooling begins.
Key considerations include:
- Wall thickness and structural integrity
- Material flow and fill behavior
- Gate and vent placement
- Cooling requirements
- Potential cost‑reduction opportunities
The goal is to ensure your part is ready for efficient molding and long‑term consistency.
2. Mold Development
Once the design is confirmed, our in‑house tool room builds the mold to support your part’s requirements. We focus on accuracy, durability, and efficient cooling to support stable cycle times and predictable performance.
Our tooling process includes:
- Detailed mold design
- Precision machining
- Component fit and alignment checks
- Cooling and gating optimization
- Verification prior to sampling
This stage sets the foundation for reliable production.
3. Production Launch
After tooling is complete, we move into sampling and process development. Our team establishes the molding parameters needed to achieve consistent results and verifies that the part meets dimensional and visual expectations.
This phase includes:
- First‑article sampling
- Process setup and documentation
- Dimensional verification
- Material and color confirmation
- Approval for ongoing production
Once approved, your part transitions into regular manufacturing with defined, repeatable settings.
4. Ongoing Production
With the process established, your part runs on our lineup of TOYO presses. We monitor key parameters, perform in‑process checks, and maintain documentation to ensure stable, repeatable output throughout the life of the program.
This supports:
- Predictable cycle times
- Dimensional consistency
- Material integrity
- Reliable long‑term performance
5. Secondary Operations and Delivery
If your part requires additional finishing, assembly, or packaging, those steps are completed in‑house. We also offer warehousing and just-in-time delivery to support ongoing supply programs.
This integrated approach helps reduce handoffs, shorten lead times, and maintain consistent quality from molding through final shipment.
A Process Built for Predictability and Control
Each stage of our workflow is designed to support accuracy, efficiency, and dependable results. With engineering, tooling, molding, and finishing under one roof, we maintain clear communication and consistent standards throughout your project.
