Choosing the Right Raw Materials for the Job

We process a wide variety of resins in our facility, from basic nylons, acetals, abs, pp, pe, ppo, polyesters, pc, and acrylics to specialized engineering grade thermoplastics. We work with almost every type of resin available.

Mold Making
Then, we take your design and use our sophisticated mold making skills to create a mold in our facility to fit your needs. Production Process
Next, our plastic injection molding presses and state-of-the-art robotic systems are used to create quality plastic parts to your exact specifications. R & D Engineering currently has 12 late model TOYO injection molding presses ranging in size from 90 ton thru 500 ton. These computer-controlled machines offer reliability and repeatability so we can consistently supply high quality plastic parts.
